How do you know that you loved?

When I'm in love I fell the chillness of my body. I can fell my heart that  beats so fast when I see the person who's the one I'm crushing for. I fell shy around that someone. I have time for  her whenever I she need me, I show my efforts and I got mad whenever she didn't take care of herself. I talk to her constantly about my personal background.  I get her number  and save it on my phone.  I text her a lot of time and I can't stop thinking about her. I care for her about she cares for me. I'm working harder to get along with her friends and family. People Keep Asking What's Up with us. I compromising with her. I’m Committing Random acts Of Kindness For Her.  It's time to confess my feelings for her. How I love her most, Why I love her. But sometimes the girl I love doesn't love me the way I love her, it so painful to think about what happen.

Can love be measured?

No, love can't be measured because love doesn't no limit by your feelings in that person, you can't be able to understand what is happen or something tells whats going by it maybe its the bright side of it or even the heart beat on it. Love can't be measured because there is no machine or instrument that can measure love. Love is not just an emotion. It’s not simply some uncontrollable feeling you fall in and out of. It doesn’t have to be here today and gone tomorrow. Nor does it ever have to leave you, in any relational context, if you don’t want it to. Love is a merger in what comes through your heart but not from you. The you and your dreams are the door to separation. There is no self in love. Love is the real sense cannot be measured but some people will say love can expressed by how committed a person is and how deep the love is. Love exposes your nakedness without shame yet prunes your branches for growth that you may become love. Love is sufficient unto love. I believe love's supply is infinite and love can't be measured because if love can be measured we people who felt love to the someone we fall into we fell hurt and suffer but it is rarely also aq yes for it, it depends on your satisfaction.

Why should we walk according to P.S Casterence ?

SOOTHING AS NIGHT WINDS ARE
 Salvador B. Espinas

Love is gentle, love is quiet
Like any distant star;

Love is beauty, love is music
Soothing as night winds are.

Love is patient and unselfish,
Divine, true, neutral, fair—

Love is ageless and immortal,
Lost love is just somewhere…

And the heart that love abandons
Nurses a tender scar
Softly stabbing, and yet sweetly

Soothing as night winds are.

Why I Love My Philippines (A Travelogue) 05.12.2016

HERE ARE MY 10 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES!

THE PEOPLE

The hospitality of Filipinos is incomparable to the rest of the world.

In my experience, from all the Asians I have met, Filipinos are the most kind and friendly people, extremely welcoming and curious, but also respectful. They always seem happy and smiling, and they love to sing and to dance whenever there is an occasion to celebrate.

PARADISE BEACHES AND ISLANDS

Philippines is one of the largest island groups in the world with 7,107 islands.

hilippines islands and beaches are ... Heaven. Paradise. Amazing. No kidding. I hardly found better beaches in the world than there. The queen of all the beaches is probably White Beach in Boracay, constantly rated as one of the Top 10 beaches of the world. I wouldn't say it's the best one, but certainly the most famous one.

If you are into white sandy beaches and turquoise crystal-clear waters, you're in the right country. Philippines is made up of 7,107 islands. It's not hard to find your dream beach or a pristine island over there and having it all for yourself...

SHOPPING

Get lost in one of the biggest shopping malls in the world.

When I noticed all the giant shopping malls in Manila, I had a feeling that Filipinos must be crazy about shopping. Later I figured out that shopping is also a way of family gathering for them. Or as one of my Filipina friends says: "They come for the air conditioning."

Anyway, shopping in the Philippines can be quite a worthwhile experience. The country is known by many as a great handicraft center. Manila has fantastic shopping opportunities. There are a lot of places to go and it all depends on what you intend to buy, and how much is your budget.
SM City North EDSA, located in Quezon City is the biggest mall in South East Asia, SM Mall of  Asia in Pasay is the 2nd largest mall in the Philippines after SM City North EDSA, and the 4th largest shopping mall in the world. Boutiques, supermarkets, fashion outlets, restaurants of all kinds, coffee shops, movie theaters and 3D cinemas, Internet cafes, Spas, you will find everything there to entertain yourself for a whole day.

If you look for something like a flea market, check out Greenhills Shopping Center  in San Juan, loads of stalls with DVDs, antiques, jewelry and pearls and of course cheap fake branded clothes.NATURE, FLORA AND FAUNA

Philippines has one of the most diverse wildlife in the world.

Philippines is home of a diverse range of birds, plants, animals and sea creatures. There are nearly 200 mammal species in the Philippines. The Philippine Tarsier is one of the smallest (and cutest!) species of monkeys in the world. You will find more than 600 species of birds, over 300 species of reptiles and amphibians and at least 400 coral species. From the giant whale shark to the world's smallest fish (Pandaca pygmea), everything you can dream of is united in the beautiful islands of the Philippines.
Philippines has some stunning surroundings, the fantastic Chocolate Hills in Bohol, the Rice Terraces in Banaue, the incredible Archipelago of El Nido. You can climb one of the 37 volcanoes, for example the Mount Pinatubo, or see the world's smallest volcano of Taal. You can discover caves, lakes and waterfalls. If you love nature, you will love the Philippines.

WEATHER AND CLIMATE

The average yearly temperature is around 26.6°C.

Luckily, the weather in the Philippines does not reach a point of extreme hot or extreme cold temperatures, so you can easily adapt to the tropical weather. The best time to go is between November and May.
They also have a monsoon season over there and loads of rain between June and October. But honestly, I don't care, it wouldn't stop me from going there if I would have a chance. Nothing is more magical than swimming in the sea on a rainy day, the sun shines through the clouds and the water is 30°C... Anyway, the weather is pretty much unpredictable since global warming.

 FOOD

"What? The food?" You might ask...

Well, I know, Filipino cuisine is not that famous around the globe, and I have to admit, I've never seen a Filipino restaurant outside of the country. BUT that doesn't mean the food tastes bad, not at all! Filipinos love their food and there are a lot of things worth trying! It probably describes it best to say, Filipino food is a mix of Malay, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese and American cuisine. Check this out:

  • Calamansi juice, made of a citrus fruit.

  • Philippines has too many bananas, they invented a new type of ketchup: the Banana ketchup.

  • Halo-Halo, a delicious dessert made of milk, kidney beans, fruits and ice cream. Too much for one, so please share (with someone nice)!

  • Be brave and try Balut, a boiled egg with an underdeveloped duck (embryo) inside!

  • Pancit, types of noodles with veggies and meat.

  • Sinigang, a tamarind based sour soup.

  • Barbecue sticks of chicken/pork intestines.

  • Adobo, a dish with chicken, beef or pork cooked with vinegar and soy sauce.
All the fruits in Philippines are simply mouth-watering, you can have them everywhere fresh and cheap: pineapples, coconuts, mangoes, durians (smells like hell, but tastes like heaven), papayas and so much more...

If you love fresh seafood, from lobster to crabs, tiger prawns, octopus, you will find it all for very low prices. And if that all doesn't appeal to you, don't worry, you'll find almost any kind of food, from Thai-Food to Sushi, Indian Food, Pizza and Pasta, Burger, German Bakeries, you will find those places in Manila, Cebu and of course, in Boracay :)

CHEAP ALCOHOL

A place where Rhum is cheaper than juice.
The prices for booze in Philippines are lower than in most countries I have been. Whenever you order a Rhum with juice, you can be sure to get a good mix as the juice might be more expensive than the Rhum. :)

Definitely a must-try is the Red Horse beer! Stronger than normal beer, but nobody actually knows how much stronger, since it's not written on the bottle. In a supermarket, a 0,5l bottle cost 20 pesos (a half US Dollar).
A bottle of Tanduay Rhum cost 1 US Dollar. My favorite Rhum is the Boracay Coconut Rum, watch out for the white bottle, looks like Malibu. It's very delicious mixed with pineapple juice. Get your 0,7l bottle for only 90 Pesos.

MASSAGE, RELAX AND REJUVENATE

Pamper your body with a good massage.

One of the greatest things to do in Philippines is pampering your body with a good massage. Massage places and spas are all over the country, from luxury spas to massage ladies on the beach, you will find them almost everywhere. I can highly recommend trying a Swedish massage, it's a full body massage with oil.
The photo above is taken in Boracay, where you get a massage for 350 Pesos/hour at most of the places (around 8 US Dollar).

NO LANGUAGE BARRIER

Over 90% of the population speaks English.

Big advantage compare to other Asian countries: Almost everybody speaks English in the Philippines, from a 3 year old kid to the 90 year old granny. English is the language of the government, and the preference for written communication, be it in school or business. There are also plenty of English version newspapers and magazines.

THE COLORFUL JEEPNEY

Explore the country like a local.

Another thing you have to do in the Philippines is riding in or on a jeepney! Why? Because it's fun! It's cheap and it's windy, no need of an air conditioner!
But what are these jeepneys and where do they come from? The U.S troops left old military jeeps back in WW2. The Filipinos opened the back, added two benches,
gave them a colorful and unique design, decorative ornaments, flashy paintings, stars, dots and sometimes even extra lights. And just like that, the Philippine jeepney became a cultural sign of the country.
An average jeepney can carry 16 - 20 passengers, two up front next to the driver and 14 - 18 seated in the back facing each other on two benches. Well, that's the normal case, but often you'll see an extra body hanging outside or onto the back, or people even occupy the roof. For some reason, mostly these "outside" passengers are young and male. You will be surprised, how much a jeepney can carry.

To get a sense of the place from the local’s perspective and to see how people interact, Jeepneys are a fantastic way to explore the country. So don't forget to hop on one whenever you have the chance!

My Future (05.11.2016)

                              My Future

Ever since I was little, I grew up watching superhero movies and cartoons and made me want to help people. In reality, I have come to realize that being a hero is possible and I can become one by obtaining a job in any type of law enforcement. The one that stood out to me the most was a police officer because I have many family members that were in that field of law enforcement. My aunt, cousins, and uncle were all police officers and solved many crimes to help create a better environment for everyone. I think highly of my uncle for all of the things he has done to keep his family safe.. He is very brave and courageous, which that will never be forgotten.

I love listening to all of their stories because I never lose interest and it makes me want to be just like all of them. I want to help people in need and keep them safe because there is no better feeling that rescuing someone or saving a life. Every day I see different incidents on the news, such as bank robberies, shootings, stolen cars, and houses being broken into and it makes me want to help in some way. Sometimes it’s the smallest things in life that are the most rewarding.
So now I’m in college taking up Bachelor of Science in Criminology and I want to study and graduate this course because this course is very important of mine. Even though my height is not really tall but I will do my very best to graduate and finish study. In the future, I want to become a Police Officer.

Story of my life (05.10.2016)

                       Story of my Life

For the time of my existence, I knew that I was drowning and I wasn’t thinking about survival. It was Saturday and we went to the river with Jerome in Balugo, Valencia Negros Oriental at 8:00 am to fish. When he was getting some fish into the river, I was amazed from that the boy caught. I accidentally step on a root and put my feet down on something solid but the water’s deeper than I think. I always say HELP but no one heard me. In a few seconds, there was one boy who notices me. The boy helps me and grabs me into the stones that are shallow. I was crying because my new Islander slipper was lost.

After 3 days, my friends invited me to swim into the river because it so deep. I refused and said I WILL NOT SWIM INTO THE RIVER because I got nearly drowns. But they forced me because they want me to watch them. So, I’ve joined them to go to river but I will not going to swim. When we are in the river. They push me and said “YOU SHOULD SWIM”. I already got wet that’s why I swam. I’ve only swam in the shallows because I was afraid to go into the deep side. I was wondering why the water I turning color brown. I didn’t mind about the color of the water. In a few minutes, I notice that my friends quickly swam into the deep side of the river so that they can go up into the soil, they shouted me that I should go up into the soil directly because the flood was going to be strong. So, I directly swam into the deep side but the water pull me down and I got drown. There is one guy who noticed me so he dives directly and saved me from the water. It was 2nd time that was happened in my life. Because I didn’t know how to swim yet.

When we are in there house. I’ve always think about what happened lately. If that guy don’t save me maybe I’ve got drown into the water again and maybe I’m dead right now. I forced myself to sleep but I can’t sleep because I always think about happened to me. I was afraid to tell my mother on what happened to me because she could scold me and never let me swim again. Because of this, I’ve practice a lot so the next time I couldn’t drown again. Now, I never got drown directly because I had learned to swim.

Even though I learned how to swim but I’m going to swam into the river, pool, or either sea I usually think maybe the water could pull me down. I was afraid to swim into the deep side of the river because of what happened to me when I was a child. Maybe it was a lesson for me that I should not forced myself to swim into deep side of the water if I can’t swim well.

Right now I’m already 18 yrs. Old and I know how to swim and never got drown again. In my course that I taken has a subject of swimming so I have to do my best in swimming and be brave to swam into the deep side. Bravery is the best weapon in my life because if I don’t have to be brave in doing the things maybe I don’t even solved some difficult problems that I encounter.
